Terms and conditions

Ludo Roll, by CKR Games. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Ludo Roll is published by CKR Games, an individual developer based in Nepal (“we” and “us”). By using the app after these terms are made available, you agree to them to the extent permitted by law. A parent or guardian must agree where legally required.

The game and your licence

The current app is free, with no ads or in-app purchases. Gameplay works offline. Do not use Ludo Roll for gambling or wagers involving money or anything of value.

For Android, we grant a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to play on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and store rules.

Apple's standard EULA governs the iPhone software licence. These terms supplement it; the standard EULA controls conflicts concerning that licence.

Fair use and ownership

Do not unlawfully copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the app, remove ownership notices, misuse branding or disrupt operation. Legal and third-party licence exceptions remain available.

We or our licensors own the app's protected material, not the traditional game of Ludo. Third-party licences, including the fonts' SIL Open Font License, continue to apply.

Saved games, privacy and updates

Saves and settings are local. We provide no cloud-save or recovery service. Device backups may copy or restore data; uninstalling, clearing storage or losing a device may lose progress.

The privacy policy explains technical reporting, update checks, sharing controls and support information. Agreement to these terms does not replace privacy consent required by law.

We may update features, require an update for a serious problem, or stop distributing or supporting the app, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be explained, with agreement or consent obtained where required.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain intact.

Ending use and governing law

You may stop using the app at any time. A material breach may end your Android licence, subject to legally required notice or remedies. Ending the iOS licence follows Apple's standard EULA.

Nepal law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and any right to bring claims where you live. Competent courts in Nepal may hear disputes. Apple's standard EULA separately governs the iOS licence.

Changes and contact

We will date revisions, give notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required. Continued offline play alone does not replace required agreement.
