CKR Games is the publishing name of an individual developer in Nepal (“we”). This policy covers Ludo Roll and related support. The current app has no accounts, ads or purchases. We do not sell information or use it for cross-app advertising.
Saved games
Saves, player names, settings and custom rules are stored locally. Player names and saved-game files are not deliberately included in reports. We provide no cloud saves. Device backups may copy or restore data; uninstalling may leave backups, and iPhone offloading can retain data.
Firebase information
- Crashlytics: crash/error details, recent actions, device/app information and installation/session identifiers, to fix faults.
- Analytics: game/app activity, game settings, duration, turns, performance, device/app details and an installation identifier, to understand use and improve performance.
- Remote Config: installation identifier and technical information, including app/OS versions, language, country code and time zone, to check update requirements.
Google receives connection information. Analytics can infer approximate location from IP information. The app does not access precise location or use the advertising ID. Installation identifiers link reports from the same installation; reports are not completely anonymous.
Your choice
Crash and usage sharing starts on. Disable it in Settings → More → Share crash reports and usage. Update checks continue when sharing is off. Gameplay works offline.
Disabling sharing does not recall earlier reports. Cached crashes may be sent if sharing is re-enabled.
Providers and security
Google and authorized subprocessors may process information outside Nepal, including in the United States. See Firebase privacy information and processing terms. Transfers are encrypted; we restrict access to operation/support needs and disclose information when legally required.
Retention
- Crashes: 90 days before removal begins; deleting live and backup copies takes additional time.
- Analytics: event and user data are kept for 2 months. The user-data period does not reset with new activity. Deletion is processed monthly; aggregated statistics may remain longer.
- Update identifiers: retained until an installation-deletion request; removal can take 180 days. Continued use can create a new identifier.
- Support: kept for handling requests, necessary follow-up and legal obligations, then removed.
Support and your rights
Email or Google Form reports send us the contact details, message and attachments you provide. We use them to help you and investigate issues.
Depending on applicable law, you may access, correct or request deletion of information, object, withdraw consent or seek a remedy from the relevant authority. Email support@ckrgames.com; we aim to respond within 30 days or sooner if required.
Identifying installation-based reports may require technical information. Uninstalling or disabling sharing does not delete Google's records. There is currently no in-app control for deleting those records.
Children
The same technical collection can occur when children play. Parents can disable reporting; update checks remain separate. Required parental permission still applies. Contact us with concerns about a child's information.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy, notify you of material changes and obtain consent where required.
